Faithful to the grace of its origins, the Institute lives the spirit of Saint Francis of Assisi, which is the authentic expression of the Gospel and responds to the needs of those who live consecration in the world. No one lives without love... The missionary vocation is to realize the Kingdom of Christ in oneself and to communicate it to others. To fulfill this mission and live love, the Missionaries of the Royalty of Christ live an evangelical life in today's world, observing the virtues of humility, simplicity and the perfect joy of the Poverello of Assisi, because Franciscan spirituality is an authentic expression of the Gospel , especially the beatitudes.

The Institute does not have its own works. The Missionary fully professes the evangelical counsels in her daily and secular life, she lives her mission in the most varied professional and social fields chosen as a service to the ecclesial and civil community. It lives without any distinctive sign, in anonymity, like salt and yeast in dough.
